This Guarantee is subject to the following terms:

1) Our Guarantee applies to the correct information provided by you. This includes credentials given by you during our interviews and details given by your written tax organizer.

This term solely applies whether the details are filled by our staff or by the client, and doesn’t depend on whether or not the client signed the tax organizer as this form may be received at our end by mail, Email, online file transfer, or FAX.

2) These conditions are also applicable to the photocopies of all documents provided by the client.

This Guarantee does not hold in the following cases:

(a) Our staff had informed the client of a controversial matter and advised in advance that there are full chances of disallowance of a particular item.

(b) If our client insists on claiming specific items despite our recommendation.

(c) For any penalty or disallowance based on the incorrect information given by our client to us. We try to present your facts in such a way that you tend to provide you with maximum returns. Our Guarantee makes no promise, implicitly or explicitly, that we will audit your finances.

(d) For inappropriate claims made by the client without proper documentation or proof to offer the IRS.
